A look back at the first one-on-one meetings initiated by NEOMA and its Foundation on the subject of scholarships.

On the theme of diversity, on 20 January 2020 in Rheims and 23 January in Rouen, the School's Management and the Foundation invited their partner companies, individual donors and scholarship students to discuss their respective aims.

A nice way to humanize donations, understand the motivations of each and get a little closer to equal opportunity for ALL.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA and Jacky Lintignat, President of the Foundation were delighted to welcome: Xavier Belet - partner at PwC, Alexandra Thirion - Director of Human Resources Development at the Caisse d'Epargne Grand-Est Europe in Rheims, Adélaïde de Tourtier, Director Administration and secretarial services at PwC, Jonathan Thibout Curtinha, Partner External Audit at PwC, and Nicolas Desurmont, Regional Director for Eastern Normandy at the BRED Banque Populaire in Rouen.

A short round table allowed everyone to present their viewpoint of the  issues in terms of education and diversity but also to highlight the value of the high level of cooperation that exists between the School and its partner companies. This brief formal moment gave way to discussions around a networking cocktail. The opportunity to meet and exchange with the many French and international students present who had benefited from social scholarships and international excellence.

The new format was a great success and we hope to repeat it soon.

“As a recipient of an international scholarship and coming from Morocco, it was an honour for me to meet the philanthropists of the NEOMA Foundation. It allowed me to better understand their motivations."

“I was delighted to be able to participate and intervene alongside our Management and partner companies during the Foundation's one-on-one meetings. It was an opportunity for me to express my gratitude to donors and corporate sponsors and present my aims to them."
