Note that we prefer the term entrepreneurial spirit because our vocation is not only to support the creation of startups, but also to train inventive, open-minded and curious leaders, who will lead daring business projects with their teams!
For these reasons, NEOMA has made entrepreneurship a major strategic focus both in terms of training and research, and encourages talent within the Startup Lab and its 3 incubators and 2 accelerators.

A dual ambition:
- To confront every student with entrepreneurship during their studies and within the various programs by increasing the number of workshops, meetings, discovery trips, role-playing, and many other forms of awareness-raising.
- To increase the percentage of entrepreneurs among young graduates in order to promote economic development and innovation within the regions in which we are located.
